This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our training programs. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to abide by this policy.

  1. Refund Eligibility:

a. Full Refund Eligibility: i. If you request a refund before starting date of the course, you may be eligible for a full refund of the course fee, minus any non-refundable charges or administrative fees. ii. Full refunds will be issued if the course is canceled by [Training Institute Name] due to unforeseen circumstances or if the course fails to meet its stated objectives.

b. Partial Refund Eligibility: i. If you request a refund on/after the start date of the course but before 50% of the course duration or before the Student Guide shared by the trainers during the course, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund amount will be prorated based on the percentage of the course that has been completed, minus any non-refundable charges or administrative fees.

a. To initiate a refund request, you must submit a written request to EDU Vortex via email at b. Your refund request should include your full name, course name, start date, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund. c. All refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 4 business days from the date of receipt.

  1. Non-Refundable Charges and Administrative Fees:

a. EDU Vortex reserves the right to deduct non-refundable charges or administrative fees from the refund amount. These charges may include, but are not limited to, registration fees, course materials fees, or any other applicable fees mentioned at the time of enrollment.

  1. Payment Method:

a. Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original enrollment. If the payment was made via credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same credit card. If the payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be made through the original bank account.

  1. Transfer and Reschedule:

a. If you are unable to attend the originally scheduled course, you may request a transfer to a future course or a rescheduling of your enrollment. Such requests are subject to availability and EDU Vortex's discretion.

  1. No-Show Policy:

a. Failure to attend a scheduled course without prior notice will result in forfeiture of any refund eligibility.
